The candidate should either be an MBA with specialization in finance from a reputed Management Institute preferably with a B.E/B. Tech background or a CA / ICWA with 3-8 years of experience in Venture Capital / Project Finance / Equity Investment / Banks.

The incumbent will be a part of the top management team,
playing an important role in value addition and nurturing an investee company.
He/she would be responsible for identifying & making ‘Early” & ‘Growth Stage” investments in IT, Biotechnology, Specialty Chemical sectors across India.
Screening new proposals, Due diligence, investment Appraisals,
Deal structuring, Active monitoring, Value addition & Negotiation Exits will be part of his profile.
