Job Description

The incumbent will:
Manage Group Internal Audit function
Develop and maintain a charter for the Internal Audit function which reflects the responsibilities , authority and reporting relationships
Develop and obtain proper approval for goals, audit work schedules , staffing plans and financial budgets for the department
Supervise staff auditors by assigning them jobs which match their ability , reviewing their work and appraising their performance.
Conduct scheduled and special audit and make recommendation for improvement
Develop an audit program which will provide a thorough review of operation
Prepare a audit report , review it with unit head/unit FCs and provide it to audit committee headed by CEO for their review every month.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The incumbent will have a sound knowledge of international accounting practices and will have experience in both Accounts and Internal Audit. He will have worked as head of either Accounts or Internal Audit of a well-managed manufacturing organisation.

Local candidates will be given a preferrence. However, people from other countries may also apply.
