Job Description:
1. Assist in review of audit scope- plan. Develop an audit plan
2. Conduct SURPRISE Audits. Create reports for management on findings
3. Analyze trends arising out of audit reports and provide inputs / improvements to Business Units / Process Mgmt Team / Training Team.
4. Assist in developing recommendations for corrective action / improvement.
5. Ensure Implementation [thru owners] of audit responses / commitments made to the Audit Committee / senior management. Follow-up to determine adequacy of corrective actions.

Desired Profile:
1. Chartered Accountants / MBAs with 2-4 years of work experience .
2. Candidate must have a background in audit, control or risk management function.
3. Knowledge of operational risk and the regulatory environment is essential
4. A general understanding of the Insurance Industry & its regulators. An understanding of best practice in auditing is desirable
5. Strong analytical experience. Ability to solve problems and communicate at all levels
6. Undertake a minimum of 40 – 50% travel across the country
