Job Description :

KEY RESULT AREAS (Core functional areas required to perform the job)

• To analyse the profitability of the various business and Support Units and measure their performance against their targets
• To analyse and recommend various cost savings /cost reduction to the Business and Support Units

ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

The following basic activities are taken care of by this position

1. Consolidation – To collate data for Business Units across the globe and consolidate the same into Management Accounts.
2. Analyse & Review Actual performance – Analyse & Review and report the financial performance of the Group as well as each Business/Support unit.
3. Review Actual Unit performance vs. Target Unit performance – To monitor the financial performance of each Business/Support unit as targeted by the Business/Support Unit head & report the variances to Business/Support Unit head, in an agreed format and on agreed time.
4. Targets – Collate Targets of succeeding financial year from each Unit & Consolidate the Targets at Group level.
5. Project Assistance – In addition to the above defined activities the position holder assists in any assignment delegated by the management.

Desired Profile :

QUALIFICATION: MBA in any stream or CA with 3-5 years experience in MIS
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years experience preferred in which 2yrs in MIS & project management & implementation
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE: 7 years experience in MIS in a listed company especially Pharmaceutical Company
