Job Description :
This is a senior position in the accounting process outsourcing handled by us for our clients. The candidate will be responsible to handle due diligence for one of our premiere European client pertaining to accounting process. Heading / controlling the entire project and ensure the smooth / efficient functioning of the services from the client perspective. Managing client expectations by Improving and streamlining the ongoing project delivery. Visit UK as often as needed to address client queries and build up a rapport with the client. Would be handling a team of Project Leaders and Process Executives. Ensuring that all outputs delivered to client meet the stringent standards set out in the SLA
Desired Candidate Profile :
Candidates must be qualified Chartered accountants (first attempt). Must have a minimum experience of 4 years of post qualification experience. Preferably from one of the big 5 accounting firms. The ideal candidate would be a veteran in the accounting processes with high level of confidence and a flair for client interaction. Must have a minimum experience of 5 years of post qualification experience. Preferably from the BPO industry. Should have a dynamic /pleasing personality with effective communication skills. Should have exceptional leadership traits with good command over written and spoken English. Well conversant with quality norms, standards and process requirements for delivering quality. Should be well versed with Microsoft office tools. Motivated, self-starter individual with high level of integrity, intensity and activity with a can-do attitude. Ability to understand client objectives and meet the SLA, execute them accordingly Disciplined process oriented work style Plan , monitor and manage activities for self . Should be an effective people’s person. Willing to travel overseas (You need to travel to UK frequently).

I am pleased to provide brief introduction about me and my working style at this opportunity. I am a CA of 2004 batch and thus match the work experience you are looking for. I was reading the requirements and i got an impression that you are looking for a candidate who can lead from the front and demonstrate a result oriented planned outcome. May i take little time to explain that nowadys doing a job in an organisation is not like a typical employee work rather it needs sharing of common vision. Working in a conservative manner is not fruitful in the long run as neither the organisation gets any wealth creation in the form of improved processes nor the employee gets any opportunity to expose his/her potential.
I have worked as Finance Manager and Audit Manager. I have craeted models wherever i have worked and the gain is tremenous as neither the employer is loser nor do i feel a waste of time by just doing something to earn a livelyhood.
I have one drawback, though, i am not in 1st attempt bit i certainly qualified in my last attempt. Thats what matters that i can make things happen when i need it.
