Job Description  :

To lead & drive the Quality Assurance function across the Business & ensure compliance to all defined SLA metrics. The person should be able to provide detailed insights to the business on Quality Assurance.

Work Experience :

o    Minimum 6/7 Years of Experience

o    2 years exposure to BPO – F&A Processes

o    Exposure to Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivable & General Ledger Processes

o    General Ledger Process Knowledge

o    Post Graduate in Commerce & CA Inter

o    Desirable – ICWA/CA

o    Desirable – Six Sigma Certified

Desired Candidate Profile :

o    Perform base lining & validation of CTQs as per customer SLA.

o    Perform Measurement System Analysis for the identified CTQs

o    Design Sampling Strategy

o    Monitor process quality check audits

o    Complete ownership of customer compliant & resolution process for the teams

o    Approve procedure & work manual documentation at the process level

o    Compile Q & Q MIS for all teams handled

o    Support TL/QAL/TM in Review of employee performance based on data with areas of development

o    Complete ownership of process compliance to standards (Like ISO/Six Sigma/COPC which ever is applicable)
