Job Description :

Concurrent Inspection and Internal Audit of all functions of the company.
Periodic and Systematic Review of Operational Procedures and ensuring compliance.
Surveillance with respect to various lines of business viz. Regulatory Compliances, Risk Management, etc.
To understand, interpret and implement SEBI, Stock Exchange and DP regulations on an on going basis.
Liason with top management and with external agencies to understand guidelines, norms, policies and procedures of inspection/audit/surveillance
Reporting Directly to the Managing Director
Desired Candidate Profile :

• CA Intermediate
• Candidates having good understanding of the functioning of Capital Markets OrganizationCandidates with 3 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit Function. Exposure to Internal Audit of Capital Markets Organization would be an advantage.
