Job Description :

Independently handling of direct tax matters consisting of Income taxes, Transfer Pricing, FBT, Wealth taxes and withholding taxes for all Group Companies .
Should be well versed & thorough with all the rules & regulations regards all Taxation as per the Indian Taxation laws.
Will be responsible for all taxation related matters of the Group companies.

• To ensure all taxation rules are followed & implemented in a proper manner, as per the necessary
• regulations.
• To ensure that all taxes are paid to the competent authorities on or before the due dates.
• To liase with the authorities for any matters related to taxation.
• To ensure all tax related books are maintained as required by the law.
• To ensure all tax returns are filed on time & all rules are adhered to.

Desired Profile :

• Candidate having 10-15 yrs of experience in Direct and Indirect taxation.
• Should have good working knowledge of EDU and SEZ
• Should have working knowledge of Double taxation agreements
