Job Description

M.C.Dean Inc. USA needs organized, detail oriented and energetic individuals to handle all facets of Project Accounting, management and Internal Control for a leading company in USA. Responsibilities may include account receivable, accounts payables, financial analysis, Internal Control, P&L and Budgeting. Candidates must be motivated, productive, organized, excellent in computers and excel and dependable and should have a long term commitment to the employer.

• Collections
• Cash Flow
• Change Orders
• Accounts Payable
• Productivity tracking
• Sub-contracts analysis
• The accountants will join the team of existing independent Accounting consultants working out of Patna, Bihar, India remotely for our US office through our online accounting system.
• The successful candidate will be provided excellent remuneration and possibly will be trained in USA to take challenging assignments for our US office.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements include a Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Commerce/ Accounting/ ICWAI/ Chartered Accountant/ Finance or related field with 4-7 years experience preferably in projects and contracts and/ or Accounts Payable Department. Local candidates with excellent knowledge of spoken and written english is preferred. The candidate should be excellent in computers, computerized accounting and typing , especially in MS Office. Excel and Quick books expertize would be an advantage. Masters in Commerce or a ICWA or Chartered Accountant would be preferred. Candidates working in multi-national organizations may be preferred.
