Desired Candidate Profile

• Tax, Finance and system experience
• A qualified Chartered Accountant
• A self-starter with a track record for delivery.
• Awareness of Group business controls policies and financial standards
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural diverse environment, excellent communication, influencing and networking skills;
• A strong team player
• Fluent in English
• Authorization to work in India is required for this position

Job Description

• Delivering comprehensive and integrated finance/tax services to the OUs, for both direct & indirect tax
• Ensure that all compliance work (including preparation and filing of all tax returns, management of tax audit, and internal reporting) is delivered on time and in compliance with the law and internal group guidelines for concerned OU
• Focal point for dealing with tax authorities at various levels (assessment levels, tribunal and beyond)
• Assist with all fiscal issues surrounding international flows of funds, new projects, acquisitions and divestments and cross border transactions
• Ensuring, at a corporate level, that the fiscal structure of OU companies is tax efficient
• Advises HR on all personal income tax matters for staff including expatriates
• Tax Accounting services for Group and Statutory reporting and management information purposes
• Focal point for Transfer Pricing documentation
• Maintenance of active interfaces to the finance/tax communities
• Provide tax awareness presentations and information to the business and other parts of Finance.
