Job Description

1. General accounting – Finalization of Accounts – monthly, quarterly and annually
2. Working Capital / Fund Management and dealing with the banks
3. Cash Management – manage corpus of the entire group
4. All Taxation matters (direct / indirect)/ secretarial matters
5. Compliance of Statutory matters in Excise, Sales Tax, Income Tax,
6. Export & Imports Documentation / Logistics
7. Preparation / Revision of Annual revenue & Capital Budget,
8. Regular generation of MIS reports.
9. Internal and statutory audits
10. Portfolio management

Desired Candidate Profile

A qualified Chartered Accountant. Candidates having CS / other qualifications will have an added advantage. 40 years and below of age having 12 to 15 years of similar experience preferably in an export organization with thorough knowledge of accounting of manufacturing unit . The person must have independently handled the accounts of a manufacturing unit and must possess the ability to lead his team successfully towards the achievement of co’s objective. He will be required to participate in the general management and give his inputs in the decision making by the core team.
