Job Description

• Identifying errors in day-to-day production
• Implement best practices across the team
• Maintain historical or back up data
• Scopes new projects and prepares a methodology for the project.
• Service all regular and customized client requests
• Attend client calls, interact with clients frequently
• Create procedures and carry out quality assurance checks of the deliverables.
• Identify gaps in the skills of new team members and create customized training modules for implementation.
• Coach, counsel, train team members
• Work as a back up for the ACM / CM
• Ensure clear and consistent communication channels are followed with clients and the team
• Prepare work instruction manuals and ensure implementation of all procedures
• Plan for and implement refresher training to the team on an on-going basis

• Knowledge of cash flow and fund flow statements
• Knowledge of International accounting standards
• Exposure to concepts in finance and accounting
• Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
• Desire for Knowledge/Aptitude to Learn
