Wanted Manager Accounts ( CA ) for Sperry Plast Limited at Delhi/NCR Location

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:

To handle Accounts / Finance related matters for the Organisation (all manufacturing plants).

To finalize the annual balance sheet & the Income Statement under Income Tax Act & Companies Act.

To prepare monthly as well as Quarterly Balance sheet & the Income Statement for Management Review of Company’s performance.

To verify the correctness & completeness of LC received from the foreign parties & communicate the same to Marketing & Production.

Documentation and correspondence relating to redemption of license after completion of export obligation.

Responsible for documentation for making application for EPCG License, executing Bond & redemption of license & discharge of Bond after completion of export obligations.

To apply to ECGC to take insurance cover for export of goods

To file monthly return to ECGC

To monitor the Export levels & file the necessary documentation for recognition in the appropriate category ( Export House, Trading House , Star Trading House, Super Star Trading House).

Liasioning with custom/excise/sale tax/banks etc.

Responsible for all Statutory compliances for all plants

Preparing Report on daily working of excise / sale tax /accounts of all units.

To visit the sale tax department/Excise office in case of exigencies.

To keep oneself update about latest notifications relating to sales tax, Customs & excise and service tax.

Submission of all the MIS as may be required by the Management.

Review of finance facility periodically to keep track of FCNR (B) its maturity, rate of interest, CC interest levied, term loan interest levied and keep track of the latest development in the financial market.

Planning the Capital Structure of the company for the desired levels of leverage & Accounting Ratios

Funds/Budget planning for next 3 months giving details relating to L/C payments, Raw material payments (indigenous), capital expenditure, custom duty, fixed and variable expenditure.

Desired Candidate Profile

CANDIDATE SHOULD BE CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA)AND SHOULD HAVE 7-8 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES. CANDIDATES RESIDING IN DELHI / NCR WILL BE PEFERRED.
