Ojus Power and Technologies is looking for General Manager for Finance and  Accounts at Banglore Location

Job Description

We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated individual who can plan, direct, and drive the overall accounting practices and financial policies of the firm. The candidate will directly report to the Managing Director based out of the Corporate Office in Bangalore.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a team player with 10+ years of relevant experience and meet the following requirements:

• Oversee general accounting practices (Invoicing, Journal entries, Payroll accounting, Balance sheet reconciliation, Cash flow analysis, Taxation, Reporting), internal audit and financial plans of the company
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Good knowledge of commercials, taxation (VAT, ED, CST, TDS), PF, and ESI
• Liaison with regulatory bodies as the need arises
• Knowledge of accounting software (E.g. Tally/ProfitPlus), MS-Excel
• Experience with staff management
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing industry a plus
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills is mandatory
• Education: PG (CA, ICWA)
• Annual CTC: 8 – 10 Lacs (or commensurate with experience) + Benefits
• Location: Bangalore/Hosur
