Job Description

• End to end Daily accounting jobs
• Knowledge of evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Preparing accounts and reconciling balance sheets
• Overseeing budgetary control
• Knowledge of monitoring cash flow
• Pricing and competitor analysis
• Payroll processing, check payroll return for accuracy
• Maintain accurate statutory contribution records in liaison with HR
• To compile budgets and financial reports to examine the variances and        comment on any trends significant to financial
results including forecasting
• Entire Payroll system
• Liaising with the auditors and taking care of all financial audits in the company
• Develop and manage recording systems to provide statistical and financial reports to the management
• Operating of accounting systems, recording and accounting for all revenues, invoicing, receipting, banking and
reporting on overdue accounts
• Operating and accounting for petty cash and imprest amounts
• Daily accounting activities on time
• Bank transactions as and when required
• Vendor Payments as per policy
• Form -16 and TDS calculations as per govt. law
• TDS, Service Tax and any other relevant tax as per current govt laws
• Keeping all financial records through file management system
• Official reimbursements, onsite allowance, Forex arrangements, Tax Computation
• To compute the taxation after finalizing the companies balance sheet & profit & loss account.

B.com/M.com or CA with Minimum 4 Years Experience
