ELBEE EXPRESS is looking for Chartered Accountant for the position of Manager - Finance & Accounts In the Functions Area of Accounts, Finance, Tax, CS, Audit @ Mumbai.
Job Description :
– Ensuring smooth accounting operations
- Preparation of financial statements as per applicable statutes, laws and rules, taking care of statutory audit and enforcing internal controls
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (Income Tax, Service Tax, FBT, TDS and ROC) by approving and filing statements and reports, filing returns, computing and remitting taxes
- Monthly MIS and Budgeting
- Managing relations with banks and financial intermediaries to ensure a competitive advantage
- Analyzing capital needs, negotiating credit with banks, brokers, and financial intermediaries
- Managing relations with statutory authorities
- Identifying and exploiting tax opportunities
- Protect assets by establishing credit policies, developing credit procedures; providing insurance coverage, arranging for and participating in external audits
Desired Profile:
– Should have had responsibility of financial and commercial matters of an Indian company
- Should have full knowledge of direct and indirect taxes
- Should posses sound knowledge of corporate finance & accounting
- Hands on working knowledge of IT especially ERP processes
- Should possess good communication & inter-personal skills
- Capable of building and maintaining relationship with financial institutions
- Must posses analytical and problem solving ability
- Mature personality with leadership qualities
