Rishi Madhur & Co.  has an open position of  Chartered Accountant for Finance and Audit at Bangaluru/Bangalore for which they are looking for B.Com – Commerce and PG – CA

Job Description
Candidate will be involved in a variety of work for MNCs in the areas of finance and business support, audit, direct and international tax, transfer pricing, indirect tax, regulatory, etc.

Finance and business support will involve accounting, overseas MIS reporting, review of payroll, statutory compliances, advising on TDS and FBT, review of secretarial paperwork such as board minutes, etc,

Audit will involve undertaking and finalizing statutory audits, undertaking internal audits, bank audits, tax audits from income-tax perspective, preparation of audit reports, advising regarding internal controls, etc.

Direct and international tax will include preparation of corporate tax returns, appearing for assessments, advising on tax implications such as Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement, etc.

Transfer Pricing will involve preparation of transfer pricing documentation, transfer pricing assessments, transfer pricing appeals, review and finalise Form 3CEB.

Indirect tax will involve review of VAT and service tax transactions, review of periodic returns, visit client places for review of records, appearing before tax authorities, etc.

Regulatory will involve preparation and review of paperwork for company incorporation, local registrations, exchange control advisory (such as advising MNCs for entry strategy in India, obtaining approvals from RBI for establishment of Liaison Office, Branch office, etc).

The job will involve co-ordination with clients across the world extensive use of word and excel applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant whose intermediate career objective should be to work in a CA firm in a corporate and MNC environment. He should look forward to getting exposure in various areas rather than restrict himself / herself only to one area. The candidate should be self-motivated, hard working, enthusiastic and should be analytical and methodical in his / her approach towards work. The candidate should be willing to learn other skills such as project management, client management and people management.

The candidate should be willing to commit himself / herself for atleast one year to the job.
