Job Description

Qualifications CA + CS (preferably)

Experience: Upto 12 Years experience in:

Finalization of accounts and preparation of Balance Sheet of Public Limited Company
Quarterly declaration of results
Dealing with Banks for Working Capital Limits and monthly compliances/reports to Bank
Dealing with auditors (statutory and internal)
Budgeting, Monthly MIS, profitability analysis, financial analysis
Taxation : Knowledge of all Direct and indirect taxes
Knowledge of FEMA

Desired Candidate Profile:

Should be Chartered Accountant with work experience around 12 years
