Job Description :Chartered Accountant with 10 yrs exp. in the field. Fully conversant with accounting / auditing standards, conversion to IFRS systems. Knowledge of direct /indirect taxes, dealing with banks and financial institutions. Preference will be given to those who have handled IPO and FDI funding.
