Job Description :
1. Preparing financial model for Portfolio Reviews, Risk Reviews & Credit Approval Pitches.
2. Updating Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Projections on Financial Modeling platform.
3.Research and analyses of company financials, their debt structure, business segments, strategy, outlook, competitive landscape for preparing Portfolio Review on Structured Finance Deals.
4. Presenting the Portfolio Review on a quarterly basis for public companies to the risk managers in the US.

Job Designation :Business Analyst / Asst. Manager – Credit Risk Analyst
Qualification :Chartered Accountant (C.A.), MBA/PGDM
Experience :Min  (1) Year  Max  (4) Year

Required Qualifications / Skills:

1. MBA Finance/ Chartered Accountant
2. Good knowledge of Corporate Finance and specifically credit underwriting experience
Preferred Experience From Industries: Commercial Lending/ Corporate Banking/ Fixed Income / Equity Research .
