Job Description :The incumbent shall be mainly responsible for management of the business operations and business-growth of Retail Offices within the Area , establish new offices , besides managing the existing offices and ensuring excellent customer service.
Performance oriented business manager with strong leadership and managerial qualities. This is senior management position and high degree of operational efficiency, integrity and professionalism should be called for in the discharge of the responsibilities. Management graduate or a Chartered Accountant in the age group of 28-35 years, with at least 4-5 years of experience of independently handling a profit center, preferably in the financial services industry.
