Designation: Process Lead

Qualification: MBA Finance/M. Com/B.Com with 5+ years of experience in Accounts domain. CA Inter with successful completion of article ship training can also apply

Experience: 5 – 8 years

Location: Noida

Functional experience - Experience in managing functions such as Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets Accounting, Inventory, General Ledger Accounting/Reconciliations, MIS reporting

·Experience in handling General Ledger process is mandatory ·Hands-on experience is activities like Process Maps, Standard operating procedures, KPI, SLAs etc. ·

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Third party BPO service providers. ·Experience in support functions like quality, training etc will be an added advantage. ·

Candidate with process improvement capabilities such as experience in quality projects will be preferred.

·Proficiency in MS-Excel with knowledge on Pivot table, V-Lookup, H-Look up is must. ·Should have hands on experience with SAP ERP packages to help the team in resolving functional issues.
