Job Designation : Manager – Treasury Operations
Job Description : MBA-Finance \ Qualified Chartered Accountant with over eight years of experience in any reputed organisation of turnover not less than 500 cores per annum. Exposure to ERP systems and tally would be added advantage. Management of Cash Flow for the company. Supervision of all Reconciliation’s & Internal Controls Lines of Credit (borrowing), Cash Management, Documentation, Deployment of Funds Deployment of Funds and Control. Treasury operations and monitoring foreign currency risks. Suggesting appropriate structure for mitigating foreign currency risks. Organizing long term finances from bilateral and market related borrowings. Designing appropriate structure to borrow funds. Acquisition finance. Working Capital Finance Managing relationships with multiple banks and financial institutions.
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (C.A.), MBA/PGDM
Experience : Min (8) Year Max (12) Year
