Designation:Assistant Manager- Finance & Accounts
Job Description:
Implement Payables Outsourcing transition from H.O & Zones and smooth transition of workforce and activities.
All Zones to go Live on Outsourcing and facilitate the smooth work flow transition
Analyse Outsourcing progress at H.O and West zone and suggest changes for better work flow
Train the end user for SAP along with Zonal employees
Ensure correct and smooth migration of E claims software as well as UAT
Set up a mechanism to improve the quality of E claims processed and Feedback generated for Employees
Monitor and analyse all Capex payouts for projects and generate reports and highlight trends
Stream Line Vendor Payments workflow by Partnering with User Departments
Effectively carry out Vendor Recons , Tracking of Advances ( Vendors/Employees ) and subsequent follow-ups
Initiate job rotation within the team with the desired skill sets and facilitate movements accordingly
Build a control mechanism for ensuring Controls in Payables/Outsource Vendors/Advances/Employees on a regular basis.. Document and test the existence of such controls
AP Dashboard to be implemented as regular feature
Suggest Cost effective measures , and document the existence of such controls
Desired Profile:
Payables, Vendor Management, SAP, E Claims,Balance sheet Schedule & Key Acc analysis for GOE Acc on a monthly basis,

Experience:3-6 Years.
