Job Description :The candidate must be a Certified Chartered Accountant with 1-2 Years experience in Accounting and Taxation process.(Knowledge of US and Australian taxation system will be an added advantage) Should have worked in Accounting and Taxation for atleast 4 Years. Should have the ability to handle a team of 40-60 associates. Should be able to deal with client in terms of process updates and process related issues. Should be a good team leader with ability to motivate team members. Should have expertise in SAP FICO, any database, MS Excel. Should be efficient in providing training. Should be a very good and effective quick decision maker.
