Designation:Finance Personnel -Karwar/Goa
Job Description Required urgently CA/ ICWA for our regional office in Karwar (Goa) with min. 6 to 8 years fo experince in finance & accounts. Experience in construction industry will be preferred.
Job Description:
1. Prepare & Monitor project profitability reports.
2. Calculate Indirect tax liabilities and monitor payments.
3. Manage client billing and collections.
4. Monitor all vendor and supplier payments.
5. Monitor correspondence on all project related financial matters.
6. Timely check and intervention of the budget on actuals.
7. Maintain profitability and monitor the profit/loss of the project sites on a regular basis.
8. Keep a track of all inflows and outflows of funds and administer the release of payments to venders, subcontractors & consultants.
9. Provide guidance and support to the accounts personnel at project sites to ensure that all accounting functions are conducted effectively.
10. Initiate transfer of funds to internal and external entities through RTGS.
11. Provide the necessary information to CFO regarding excess funds.
12. Keep a track of loan interests/ IOU’s/advance to employees and external vendors.
13. Prepare cash flow statement.
14. Generate MIS reports.
15. Provide support in the preparation and review of the zero budget to GM-PMC.
16. Ensure finalization of accounts in a proper and accurate manner (Including debtors scrutiny, tax calculation, top line turnover and balance sheet analysis).
17. Follow-up on the zero budget process.
18. Implement site manual (SOP) and MIS.
19. Calculate and monitor the deposit of taxes and funds (Like TDS/PF/ESIC).
20. Ensure timely payments (including e-payments.)
21. Acquire all bills/cash vouchers and maintain records in the system.
22. Initiate meetings with statutory authorities regarding direct/indirect taxes.
23. Interact with auditors (internal and external) and clients on taxation related issues.
24. Interact with PO and PM on financial matters.
25. Provide MIS report to project owner.
26. Coordinate with venders regarding all payments and decide the most feasible mode of payment.
27. Interact with various departments at HO in relation to any accounting matters.
28. Provide support on accounting & taxation related matters to Project Managers, PMC department and regional accounts team.
29. Implement ‘SMART’ site training for personnel.
30. Share MIS reports with peers on monthly basis and obtain feedback (Regards to project profitability and cash flow).
31. Interface with the HO and all HODs for resolving pending issues
32. Obtain outstanding statements from sites.
33. Escalate all outstanding advances through proper channels.
34. Ensure proper timing and implementation of quarterly site accountant meetings.
35. Guide all regional accounts team for better performanc

Qualification: CA/ ICWA
Minimum 6 – 8 yrs in Finance and Accounts. Experience in Construction Industry would be Beneficial
