Designation: Chartered Accountant with CS
Job Description Resposibilities:
The incumbent should be well versed in the secretarial functions required for a Pvt. Ltd. Company. He/she should independently handle this function and must be capable to passing resolutions, preparing minutes, conducting meetings etc.
He/she should have adequate working knowledge of direct taxes and indirect taxes – service tax, VAT etc. He/she should also be well aware of other statutory compliances. He/she must interact with government agencies in this respect.
He/she should work with the legal head in reviewing MSA/SOW’s and also certain vendor agreements.
In case required will also be involved in accounting work.

Excellent communication
Good knowledge of excel and word
