Designation: AGM / DGM Accounts – Mumbai (Urgent)

Job Description

Responsible forFinalization of accounts.
Liaison / deal with statutory auditors for preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual accounts.
Deal with internal auditors for audit on check & balances & ensure compliance of audit queries.
Ensure tax audit preparation & audit as per prescribed guidelines.
Ensure ongoing scrutiny of the accounts, compilation of P&L accounts and balance sheet.
In-depth understanding of SAP-FICO module & adapting SAP processes with business process.
Conversance with plannning and budgeting,monitoring capital & revenue budget.
Working knowledge of direct & indirect taxation.
Ability to cost control through inventory control,cost competitiveness,monitor capital expenditure.

Desired Profile: 10+ years experience in a project driven company/engineering manufacturing organizationof the size more than 1000 crore.

Desirable: SAP-FICO
