Job Description:
The Supervisor, Accounting position reports to the Controller, Finance located in Bangalore. The position oversees a staff of 1 in Hyderabad. Core duties include the following:รข Represent the company on key financial/tax/compliance matters with governmental agencies
1.Oversee accounting activities in accordance with the company policies and procedures and responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting and statements of India legal entities.
2.Oversee external statutory, tax , customs, STPI and other statutory reportin
3.Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 requirements (to the extent applicable to India)
4.Maintain relationships with outsourced accountants, shared service centre, solicitors, banks and key vendors.
