Company Profile:The employer the AFGHAN UNITED BANK is the second largest Bank in Afghanistan having a network of 5 branches likely to expend to 10 branches in coming six months spread over the Afghanistan

Job Description:

He will be responsible for providing support, direction, compiling credit information & support all loan policies and procedures of the bank to ensure the overall quality of bank lending portfolio including review/revision of the policies in accordance with the applicable Laws and policies of the Bank & responsible for sanction / recommendations / monitoring/review of credit proposals. He will be a member of the Management Board and will take part in the managerial decisions for furtherance of the bank’s interests. He will also be responsible for capacity development of the staff of the Bank.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidates having 15 to 20 years experience in the credit department of medium to large sized banking institution and having exposure to appraisal and analysis of credit proposal, preparation, review and implementation of credit policies, identification of credit risks, recommending practical and workable solutions to contain risks, recovery and management of Non-Performing Assets, reporting compliance with the Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, etc.
Those holding additional qualification like CFA/CA/AICWA will be given preference.
