Job Description:

Handling overall Taxation matters (Direct & Indirect Taxes), Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Company Law & other legal matters finalisation of accounts & Audit. Compliance of all statutory Returns & Audit. Compliance of all statutory returns filing, Sales Tax, Income Tax assessments etc.
Should be able to handle a team of members in the Finance Department, Co-ordination with other Departments.
To become a key person for growth of the Company

Desired Profile:

Chartered Accountant with 7 – 10 years of experience to handle entire finance functions at Corporate level and Business Unit
