Job Description

• Formulation of Financial Strategies
• Fund Management / Working Capital Management
• Financial Compliance and Operational Matters
• Budgetary Control and Annual Budget setting
SOX and US GAPP

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must be Heading the Finance / Accounts of the medium size Engineering organization with Sales Turnover of Rs. 100 crores++
• Should be a Chartered Accountant with CS / ICWA
• Abel to handle total accounts with taxation.

Experience:5 – 10 Years
Location:Mumbai
