Job Description:
Leading a team.
Establish the systems, policies and controls to protect company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports.
Effective relationships and comm with all auditors, shareholders, bankers etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience of working on at least one accounting package.
Contracts and legal knowledge in International scenario.
Ability to identify, mitigate contractual/ legal risks
Good team player
Good Communication skills
