Job Description
Driving and monitoring financial and non financial CSD KPIs of the Hub through regular and effective monitoring and reporting.
Desired Profile
Education: CA, ICWA, MBA
07 – 12 years Experience is required.
1. AOP Preparation , submission & Monitoring of non financial and financial KPI?s of North Hub.
Reviewing trends of key KPIs, taking into account new environment in line with STRAP and preparing the AOP,
escalate exceptions & Opprtunities to Circle CSD Heads & Hub CSD Head.
2. To drive and design hub and mobility base projects and finding the root cause and driving the action plans Interaction with circle vertical Heads on various key KPIs on driving out the causes or variation in performance and arriving at a tangible action plan, Take Stock of completion & efficacies of Action Plan.
3. Benchmarking the circles on key KPIs Benchmarking all circles against national parameters at a mobility level to create visibility, Healthy competition in the circles.
4. Prepare various reports and top level presentations for the Hub CSO. Timely and relevant reports and presentations. Analyse improvement opportunities, Potential solutions & Share with Circle CSD Heads & Hub CSO.
5. To organize Concalls, Workshops , meetings etc for HUB reviews and conclaves. Coordination with circles, vendors etc for arranging meets. Prepare MOM & efficacy of Actions.
6. Pick Projects on Functional, Non Functional & Customer Domain , which is of crucial to the Hub & drive. Project Identification, Evaluation and driving to bring the desired results.
7. Regular performance monitoring and timely escalation of the faliures Daily monitoring and timely escalation and raising the red flag if required
