Handling overall Taxation matters (Direct & Indirect Taxes), Statutory Audits, Internal Audit, Company Law & other legal matters finalization of accounts & Audit. Compliance of all statutory Returns & Audit. Compliance of all statutory returns filing, Sales Tax, Income Tax assessments etc.

Chartered Accountant with 8 – 12 years of experience to handle entire finance functions with Export background
