Job Description
•Responsibility for statutory and tax audits, and ensure adherence to statutory guidelines.
•MIS responsibility for the department with strict adherence to deadlines.
•Formulation of financial systems & controls, policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to the same.
•Preparation and reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual operational results and financial statements, exception reporting as well as accounts as per US/Indian GAAP Standards.
•Profitability and fund management analysis and reporting for each client / vertical.
•Preparation and recommendation of Budgets and continuous monitoring; establish cost standards and saving opportunities.
•Comparison and analysis of operational performance with plans.
•Internal/External Audits, Bank relationships.
•Exposure to SOX.

Desired Profile

Manager Finance (must be a CA/CS/ICWA) with 5-8 years of exposure to all fundamentals of finance, accounting and statutory matters including strong technical knowledge of GAAPs and financial certifications like SOX.
