Education: MBA-Finance/Chartered Accountant or both.

Experience & Skills : 8-14 years experience in either / or combination of – Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consulting,

Merchant Banking, M & A. The candidate must have ability to engage with senior management & make proposals to investment

committee.
Responsible for company valuations & deal structuring in investments.
Conducting due diligence of investee companies.

Deal finalization & post deal management.
