Job Description

Responsibility & ownership of the entire Accounts and Finance functions / Working capital management /Compliance with laws relating to Direct & Indirect Taxes, Labor laws, Registrar of Companies, SEBI & Stock exchanges and all applicable acts./STPI formalities/Costing & Profitability analysis /Budgets and variance analysis / Responsible for all MIS reports / Finalization of Accounts as per Indian GAAP / Liaison with the Auditors, Shareholders, analysts, etc./ Interactions with Banks & other External agencies / Fixed Assets registers / Inventory Records / Internal controls, processes and systems by adopting Best Business practices

Profile

A qualified Chartered Accountant or Inter CA or Inter ICWA
Should have a strong inclination & passion to grow in the area of Finance & Accounts with limited exposure to Secretarial matters
At least 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Should have independently handled the entire Accounts function and should have lead a team size of 3-4 people.

Should have strong leadership skills
Should be strong on Internal controls, processes and systems
Exposure to an ERP based working environment would be an added advantage
Should have the ability to work as a team and should be able to go down to micro levels when required and should be able to fill the CFO�s role when required.
Should have strong communication skills both oral & written and strong presentation skills
Would prefer a male candidate
