First class degree in post-graduates in Finance / Commerce / CA.
Must have thorough knowledge of accounting rules, accounting & auditing standards.

Monitoring and reassurance of the existence of internal control and audit system.
A Implementing vigilance control norms to mange fraud and other business risks management of accounts receivable,
accounts payable of the entire group. Must have exposure in tax related matters including tax planning, assessments,
and appeals, Deep understanding of processes, MIS and other financial reporting system.
