A Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years post qualification,
experience having expertise in the area of financial strategy and planning,
developing relationships with major banking/investment institutions, corporate level negotiations (e.g. acquisitions etc.),
relationships with regulatory bodies,
potential return analysis for high quality investment decision,
portfolio review, Equity Analysis and Valuations,
Financial Forecasting and Modeling of Company Financials
and Balance Sheets Valuation Techniques (Risk Analysis, Earning, Revenue and Cash-flow Projections and Guidance)
